I find it disappointing when I look at an artist's page or an individual piece and there is no reply to a single comment.  I don't mind not getting a reply to my own comment as there may be a reason for that.  But if there is none at all I am asking myself why I should bother with this artist, if he/she can't be bothered to interact with potential customers for his/her art.
